There isn’t much to this video, just a couple of O.G. Skyline GT-Rs at the track. Nissan calls the video a relaxing afternoon drive and the pace certainly appears leisurely. But pristine specimens of S20s on steelies snaking through bends in golden hour sun is a feast for the eyes.
It’s rare enough to see examples of these cars on their stock ride heights, never mind both of them together. Not surprisingly, these are cars from Nissan’s Zama Heritage Collection. It appears that these cars were pulled out for the recent 90th anniversary videos, where they appeared for a brief second. Most of the “relaxing drive” ended up on the cutting room floor, but the fact that these two cars can fill a standalone video on nothing but their beauty and grace proves just how iconic they are.
