Toyota 2000GT mouse gives you ultimate cursor control

If you’re looking for something to jazz up your desktop with a little nostalgia, Japanese company Faith might have just the right product for you: a Toyota 2000GT mouse. The wireless pointing device is a scale model of Toyota’s iconic classic, with great detail and even illuminated head and taillights.

The only real giveaway that it’s something other than a model of a Toyota 2000GT is the scroll wheel on the hood. The left- and right-click buttons actually look like part of the hood itself. Sadly, the side access panels on the fenders don’t act as additional programmable buttons.

Still, it’s brilliantly designed and because of the sleek shape of the 2000GT this will actually fit nicely into the palm of your hand, unlike other computer mice we’ve seen. The mouse measures 130 x 50 x 35 mm (5.1 x 2.0 x 1.4 inches) and weighs 60 grams (0.13 pounds).

This is actually a re-release, as the original run sold out. This time around, it’ll be limited to 1,500 units and go on sale at Cam Shop in mid-January. Retail price is ¥6,600 ($49 USD at current exchange rates). International shipping is available.
