The 2024 All-Toyotafest will be here shortly, and we have a lot of announcements to make. First, JNC is partnering with the organizers of Toyotafest, TORC, the Toyota Owners and Restorers Club, to offer a coupon code for all attendees. Second, there will be a special guest at the JNC booth. And last but not least, there will be an exclusive diecast car that you can get only at Toyotafest.
Toyotafest 2024 promises to be a good one, as we’ve been told by TORC that all 500 spots for show cars were sold out in two weeks. These display vehicles are comprised of many MR2s, Land Cruisers, Supras, and Corollas, so it should be an exciting show. As always, Scion, Lexus, and Toyopet-branded cars are welcome.
We at Japanese Nostalgic Car are also happy to announce that former international editor of Road & Track Sam Mitani will be holding a meet and greet at the JNC booth. There will be very limited copies of his second action novel Red Mist available for purchase. Or, you can bring your own copies of The Prototype or Red Mist for him to autograph.
As for the event exclusive diecast, it’s an A80 Toyota Supra in 1:64 scale. This car was a collaboration between TORC, Lamley Group, and ToyGarage, and is produced by AutoWorld. The graphic scheme uses the TRD USA racing colors, so it can be considered a sequel to the similarly colored A60 Celica Supra that was the JCCS event exclusive from last year. All attendees will have a chance to purchase this collectible car at the show.

You’re right, it was free for the past 27 years. This is the first year they had to start charging admission. The coupon code gives anyone $5 off $15 so hopefully that helps!
