It’s been a long journey since the first Japanese Classic Car Show

As we round out the year let’s reflect on one of the biggest milestones of 2025. This one has nothing to do with the founding of a company or the debut of a model. This year was the 20th anniversary of the Japanese Classic Car Show, an event that has completely changed how the world views automobiles from Japan. It’s almost hard to remember what the landscape was like 20 years ago, but it wasn’t great for J-tin.

  1. Thanks for all the great photos, Ben! One of my dreams is to someday take a project I finish to JCCS!

  2. TheJWT says:

My former college roommates and I planned a whole vacation around going to see JCCS back in 2019 and it was an incredible experience. It was my first time seeing many of those cars in person- even stuff that was actually sold in the US has long vanished from the roads here in Ohio. I hope to make it back not just as a spectator, but showing my Crown there some day…
