JNC Limited Edition AE86 Heritage Shirt

Are you ready for Toyotafest this weekend? Since 2010 is the year the infamous 1985 Toyota Corolla GT-S officially becomes a classic, we wanted to honor it with the JNC AE86 Heritage tee, made especially for this event. Only 86 of these T-shirts will ever be printed and they will be available for purchase at theย JNC booth at Toyotafest, so stop on by!

Flanked by its predecessor, the TE27, and its successor, the FT-86, the shirt will be black on red, just like the iconic “red panda” paint scheme. A crest honoring its classic status is encircled by lightning bolts, a nod to the Trueno/Levin names, which mean “thunder” and “lightning”. All shirts are 100% cotton, pre-shrunk, and have the JNC logo on the sleeve. See you Saturday!

    Cool t-shirt! ๐Ÿ™‚
Is it also available outside the Toyotafest weekend for non-US citizens?

BTW: sorry to be a bitch, but the TE72 is a TE27 (which is its pre-pre-predecessor) and the GTS is a JDM Trueno. Can you at least correct that in the posting? ๐Ÿ˜›

I was going to buy that shirt until I saw it had that damn FT-86 on it.

  3. Yee says:

We can’t be hating on the FT-86. It’s the only car that is exciting for enthusiasts from Toyota in over a decade. Yes, there’s the LFA, but it is super expensive and over engineered. The FT-86 is a modern interpretation of affordable, sporty, light (at least to 2011 standards) RWD cars. We should be supporting Toyota, who is now in a lot of trouble, to continue making cars with soul.
