Norcal Japanese Classic Car Meet 3/20/2010

Hello everyone I have been talking to a few forum members and I decide to host a Japanese Classic Car meet. First it started with only a few forums I then decided to invite a bunch of other forums hopeing for a great turn out cause u know what they say “the more the merrier”. If this meet turns out well hopefully we can have many more similar to ones like these.

Hopefully you guys can attend this meet it should be fun even if there are not many attending seeing that there will be food and remember that these types of meet are around so we can share are common interest and exchange information its always nice to learn something new.

The meet will be a pot luck type of meet so it would be nice to try and bring something anything helps but if you cant I understand.

All Old School Japanese Cars are welcome to attend, but if your car is not currently running, just bring whatever you have! Come out and support your local Classic Japanese car scene Bring your Classic Datsun, Toyota, Mazda, Honda, etc. Come represent your favorite make and model.
Oh and No attitudes, No revving/burn-outs/racing will be tolerated!
When: Saturday March 20th 2010
What time: 11:30 Until everyone leaves.

Nice job! I like the time and place for this meet. You can count me in '71 Datsun 510. as far as the grub.. I'll bring something ( I dont know what to bring yet) Sweet it will be nice to meet some of u folks!

nope on lots of other foruns there seems to be quight i bit of datsuns and mazdas going to be there too :mrgreen:

First of all I would like to thank everyone that has put aside the time to come out to this meet and by the looks of it making it a success.

I would also like to add that i hope everyone can try to bring something seeing that it would not be far to the people that do bring something. If everyone pitches in there will be enough food for everyone. Even if it is not much it will make a difference if everyone plays there part.

Well I talking to the park people again and they said it was ok and everything should be fine but there is a twist to it

the parking is on a first come first serve basis. So I have decided to change the time to 10:30 I hope thats its ok with everyone. Sorry for being a bit unprepared really expect this good of a turn out :blink: Never organized a meet this big before, but now I know what to expect if we have another one.

Hmmm, it seems you have managed to organize a fairly large meet. I must check this out. Will probably bring a couple friends in cressida's and me in my 3rd gen. Celica. (Hey, Miles, if you are reading through this((as I am sure you are)) you should come with us!!!)
Kudos on all this, it's so hard to get everyone together up here to just meet and check out each others cars, I know all of us in norcal wish it happened more often.

I hope this meet is a success so we can have them on a more regular basis now the warm season is close. I was looking forward to going to this one but unfortunately Im off to Oregon to pick up an RX-2. Hopefully there will be some Mazda guys there to represent. Everyone have fun and stay safe.
