This is on Yahoo Japan. Parked up for the last few decades, but still worth saving. I like the hole in the bumper for the hand crank!

| Looks fairly complete. Lack of engine bay shot is a little concerning. |

Its the same as mine almost. A 1961 or 62 Prince Skyline Deluxe ALSID-2. Mine is a 1962 BLSID-3 Skyline Deluxe. Basically the same but for a few minor updates for the BLSID-3 model. Looks to be complete, and restorable, which I hope somebody does. Would love a set of those side window cover thingys for mine.
It looks to be sitting relatively level, so id say the motor is still there. They sit quite high at the front without the motor.

Yep, sold new here in October 1962. When the people that bought it new went to test drive it, it was still sitting on the wharf covered in protective grease, having only been unloaded off the boat a few days earlier. There were 49 other Skyline Deluxe cars sitting in the wharf in total including mine. The only 2 colours we got in this model were green/white and dark blue/white. When I got mine going, I took it to show the original owners who were so pleased that I had done. After all those years he had kept the original Prince radio (same as the pic) and tool box and gave them to me.
We also got the facelifted S21 series in 1963 in Skyline, Skyline Super (Deluxe) and Skyway wagon versions. _________________ Current: 62 Prince Skyline; 65 Prince Gloria; 85 C32 Nissan Laurel 2.4GL; 1993 Nissan Maxima 3.0i S

Shipping wouldn't be too bad. My DR30 was only $923 from Yokohama to Newport News, VA. It did go Roll-on Roll-off though. Not sure if that Prince would even roll.
Glass you may have to look to Aus for replacement. Or if its flat have one made??
The one thing that may be a problem is paperwork. If the car hasn't been kept up on taxes over the years it may not be eligible for an export certificate. It would need to be exported as parts, then the trouble starts on this end with registering a car that has no paperwork. Let alone getting it through customs. Would be a cool car with a resto mod approach. |

Looks like the tin worms have gotten to it..but worth saving.
What's behind it? Hillman Minx? and a 403 Peugeot or MB 190? Just guessing |

ah i can dream lol since it is a skyline i would probibly go with an rb26dett in it and a custom interior with the exterior remaining mostly stock with some old school dog dish hubcaps and steelies and drop it a little bit _________________

I think the seller of the Trademe S21 is being a bit too greedy; it was originally listed for $12,000 about three months ago
Not sure what justifies the price really, as I know of a similar S21 Super for sale with live rego and in slightly better condition - the price on that one is only $3000. _________________ '83 KDR30 RS-X | '83 DR30 RS-X | '85 SA22C GT | '85 BFMRF TX3 | '86 BFMPF TX3 | '87 AW11 SC
