It is a sad day Sad but I hope it is a restructuring for coming back in '10

They are still running in Rally America and CARS though....


hmmmm maybe Solberg will come over here to rally........ Considering he is under contract for next year and Subaru has done the immediate cancelling

Yeah, the economy is hitting the auto industry hard, and racing is one of the first things to get cut. Sad

Yep and this is the first year that there will be no Japanese manufacturers running in the WRC in the last what 30-40 years?

It's hard for me to care about or watch motorsports, but the idea of cars lacking the "legitimacy" and development gained from it almost bothers me.

I miss watching WRC on SPEED... even if i was just high-lights. I think I gradually stopped watching SPEED channel completely after they stopped airing WRC. Just a bunch of crap shows and NASCAR mostly...

lol yeah when NASCAR tv er I mean Speed tv stopped airing wrc I stopped watching it for the most part but I found out that some european wrc nuts were recording them on tivo and then sharing them on torrent or on some websited for download

just havn't kept up much lately cause of life getting in the way
