210 Engine almost shot so time to rebuild

Well after a lot of problems this year the engine started knocking a bit a couple weeks ago. Then all of a sudden it started going away. Within a week it started burning oil and its getting worse everytime i have the engine running. Heres a link to the video.

Im going to have to rebuild it so any ideas on where I would be able to get the performance parts for the motor. Im thinking to just rebuild it and upgrade it. One of my friends wants me to drop a SR20 in it. I dont want to go thru the hassle of alling all the electronics and such. Id rather keep it orig since it aint a race car.

first thing, you should figure out the problem. do a compression test. if its the rings, think about an upgrade or a rebuilt A engine. if its a valve it could be a 170 head rebuild plus the cost of a new gasket. alot of people will tell you to chunk it, its up to you how far you want to take it.

I've got all of mine from either BProjects, or Yella Terra.

Holy Smokes lol! There are other options besides an SR, but that'll be some cool sh*t! However, if you prefer rebuilding it, make sure you put out some power as that B310 in the BProjects' page, which really has a nice setup.
