Most time, adding later wheels just looks stupid, but this set on a Nagoya Prince Skyline works rather well!

If you're referring to these; they're not mine! Merely stolen from the interwebs (Yahoo Auctions in this case). But, if you're asking in general; I either use a 28mm GR1, or a 21mm Bessa. Neko.

You're right, the wheels look great with the car slammed a few inches. I've never seen those tail-lights on an Australian car, is it a late model?

Cheers,
Duane

Its one of the later ones. The reason it looks "compact", is that it is only a 4cylinder 1500cc model. These didnt have the longer front which the 6cylinder GT's had.

According to a book I have, it looks like the model with this taillights came out in late 1967. The GT models seem to continue with round tail lights. These are marketed as a Nissan Prince Skyline, or as a Nissan Skyline, and have the OHC G15 1500cc Prince engine, instead of the earlier G1 1500cc engine.

Love those old brochures! The Shinagawa 5 plate in the brochure analogous perhaps to the Nagoya 15 plate on the first car. Quite unusual to see original plates on Japanese cars, as they have to be registered if they change jurisdiction. So, the Nagoya car might be carrying its original plate. Neat. Skj.

Proportions, maybe, aggressiveness, i think not. haha.

I do think the visual balance on the 4 Cyl is a bit better, but the look of the long nose just does it for me.

I like the long nose version because it reminds me of a gazelle in mid-gallop
