Mine also came from US originally. But for sure, was not a US market one, it was a J/EU/AU spec one. I ll try to collect some NOS spare parts any way, from rotors to apex seals, as I am quite afraid for the future.
But for now I have an even bigger headache: 10A for my RX3.

10a parts are still readily available direct from mazda, you should have no problems locating all the seals to rebuild you engines.

Quite right neither of mine are US Spec ones, I assume they were euro spec ones the carbs were set up for LHD cars but they had different extractors than US and a different intake and some other bits that are def not US Spec

RE10 can probably help you source correct 10a Rx3 parts he is New Zealand and is a great person he has helped me with rare bits a bunch

Thanks. I bought the engine from the Netherlands. I also bought two NOS RX3 10A housings, but I guess I need everything for the 10A. Yes, my main source is local Mazda and AU/NZ, but I found some 6mm apex seals and their springs in the US!

Hi, baltsiotis!
Congratulations for the amazing cars. Do you know car wreckers in Greece where I can find old school Mazda parts/cars? I specially need parts for RX-7 FB.
Thanks

Thanks. Yes you can find some parts after a lot of search but not in very good condition. But there are some relics. For example there was a rolling shell for free, advertised the last two months.
I am searching a year for a spare NOS/immaculate front bumber for my car and its impossible to find one. mazdas were not popular at that time in Greece and less than 800 SA/FBs were sold locally.

-more pics of the 1000 sedan when i ll be back home. I am in short vacations.

-RX2, RX7, 1500 and 1000 are located in Athens, and in a couple of months RX4 also. RX9, T600 and 2 RX3s are located to Thessaloniki, at my parents in law estate . Most welcome to see the cars. If you go to Thessaloniki, you can visit my parents in law, as I stay in Athens. My mother in law is Russian, and still fluent in the language, although 45 years away.

And finally my new find, an immaculate s1 RX-9, one of 79 or 80 cars badged like that (in 1979)
I was trying to find a good example for more than three years. I was almost to buy another car, but I took a three more months "allowance". I located that car in a city in NW Greece, garaged for more than ten years. I wennt for inspection and I bought it. In the pics it is when it arrived in Thessaloniki where it was stored for some months.
After that, the car was brought to Athens where the engine was fired and tested and it runs great. Unfortunately there was a bit of surface rust in the usual points so I had to destroy the original paint. It will be ready in the autumn.

No they dint. The engine block is identical to the early RX-7s without any "emission control" system.

I love the RX7 with the rotor wheels! I've never seen a set mounted on an RX7 before.

Lambros amazing collection you have. Is the grill badge on the 1000 original to this car? I have a NOS one but could never work out what car it belonged to.
Regards
Michael

Yes, it's the original badge, part number 0249 69 051. If you dont need it, I am very interested to buy or trade.
