After only 2 weeks since last July that I've had my car, it's back out for a while for my driving pleasure.

The last 4 months of it being MIA was because my mechanic was fabricating me a 70s/80s style front air dam for it. I was the test car so I have the very first one (which is kind of cool for future nostalgic reasons). I think it looks very good and flows well with the car.

During this time, I had a set of Carroll Shelby wheels stacked in the garage waiting for the return of the car. The wheels are 13x5.5 and the tires are Sumitomo 175/50-13. Gives the car a pretty nice, aggressive look.

The pics below, courtesy of Luke Smith (roots photography) and ch@dbee (chadbeephotography) are of the car at our annual Fabulous Fourth Festival OSJC meet. Thanks for looking.

Still, awesome. 8) :tu:

Nice car, but that bumper really distracts you from the rest od the car I must say.

That is what this one is sort of fashioned after. The Kameii and Jackson Racing. This is a one-off. My mechanic made it from scratch.

Although I do really like the looks, I'm too concerned it ain't gonna work out over here in the Netherlands. It will probably be too low and with these speed bumps we have it'll crack in no time. :?
