Hey People

My names Marc I’m new to JNC I’m from Melbourne iv had many old school Japanese cars and love them.
I currently own a DR30 which I always wanted since I was about 10 when my dad went to Japan and came back with photos of one.
In the past iv had 2 Sa22c rx7s, 2 Fc3s rx7s, E39 Vr4 and Zr4, 4 Familia 1.6 4wd dohc turbos, 1 1.8, an r31,r32, 2 Ae82 fxgt corollas. 1 ae92 fxgt, an aw11 mr2 supercharged, preludes primeras, civics accords and an integra. FARK me didn’t quite see the extent of my addiction till now.

Anyhow this is my current car

Its had a bit of work its got

-Fj20 2.2ltr (bored) forged pistons and metal head gasket
-vq30 turbo
-Cusco clutch
-Cusco lsd
-s13 coilovers in the front
-r33 front coilovers in the back re’valved to suit
-r32 Gtr front brakes
-Jun adjustable caster rods
-3in exhaust
-mines computer
it makes 171.7rwkw @ 14.3 psi

I still have some trim to tidy up and some Adthree rear mud flaps to go on plus im hunting some bigger wheels that keep the old look going.

pics next post due to rules

Thanks Marc

Think I saw this on another forum.... It was origninaly Adelaide?

If it is, its such an improvment from when I last saw it rolling around on the streets with some ugly front bar off some other car, ugly wheels, HR30 grille, etc

I think the new wheels suit it. You've done a real good job of it.

They're more likely "OG Banzai" given the size and offset.

Thanks people! there are still lots of jobs that need to be done!

They are OG Banzai! I got them in NZ of Top Town, the owners are friends.

Iv Just got some Koni Rear coilover shocks for this car, so ill fit them this weekend im thinking ill raise the rear a little bit I think not much though!

Also how many guys here have S13 hub and coilover setups? Just wondering how your cars handle ? iv heard good and bad things but mine handles really good! Better than before that’s for sure it just seems to balance better.

Cheers Marc

Nice progress on the coupe compared to the original picture :)

huge wheels on R30s don't do anything for me, but each to their own. Jenesis sell several different front valance kits here
