Hey guys and girls.
Im a new member, just joined up today.
have been lurking around for a while but thought id finally stop bein lazy and join up.
so basically.
I live in australia, have owned 3 r31 skylines now and an s12,
my first two r31s were ya basic australian delivered ones, with a live axle borg warner rear end, with rb30e engines, the second one was turbo.

then after they had all gone i bought this






mods consist of

cusco coil overs all round from an s13 silvia
r32 4 spot front brakes
r32 2 spot rear brakes
exedy sports tuff hd clutch
cusco front strut brace
volk racing wheels of some form 17x8 +36 and 17x9 +38 runnin a 30mm rear bolt on and s13 front lcas which push the front wheels out about 20mm each side.
r32 steering rack ends and tie rod ends.
and a set of defi style gauges including
water temp
oil temp
a/f
boost.
it has a basic stereo, shitty pioneer h/u
clarion front splits
clarion rear 6" 2 ways
and a 10" kicker sub powered by a clarion amp.
HID headlights
full body kit which needs to be painted and fitted.
gas struts fitted to the bonnet.
Bee*R rev limiter.
5 stud conversion on the rear end usin z31 turbo hubs
adjustable cam gears which im yet to actually fit.

will be gettin a full 3" turbo back exhaust in the coming weeks and a front mount intercooler.

it still running the started rb20det redtop eccs motor, with a pod filter and boost increase to 10 psi.

i am also installin a mechanical 2way lsd this weekend.
it has full aero on it consisting of
r31 house front lip.
side skirts from a mid 90s subaru
the rear skirt is made by an australian company
and has the GTS-R boot spoiler.

the 4 doors are nice.
but theres just somethin about the 2 doors i cant get over haha.

What subaru did your side skirts from? Did you fit them yourself?

im not 100% sure.
but i believe they are liberty gtb side skirts early to mid 90s ones.
yup i fitted them my self.
some screws in the front. and then a bulk load of double sided tape and sikaflex(the stuff they use to hold the body mouldings onto cars.

That car is awesome. It fits the idea of true "JDM old school"... from the spoilers, to the stance, right down to the wheels. It's great, just the way it is.

Nice 31, I think I've seen it on the streets once before, or maybe it was at all Japan day a couple of years ago.

I quite like the wheels on it I think it really suits the car.

wouldnt have seen it at all jap day its never been entered and has only been in aus for like maybe 3 years?
i bought it off the first owner in aus and he only had it just over a year.
i bought it in march last year. so probs 2.5 years in aus haha.

cheers on the pure jap comment. thats wat im aimin for. sick of the rubbish u see drivin around.
thinkin about removin the wing. but not sure.. i really like the coupes with no spoiler makes them look alot lower and heaps long.
but at the same time the wing matched with the kit makes it look real aggressive. haha
oh i dunno such a hard decision.

i did how ever fit an aftermarket mechanical 2 way diff to it on sunday.
muuuuuch better then the stock lsd. haha. whilst bein 2 way mechy from factory, they r very conservative and mine would open wheel goin up driveways and thru spoon drains haha.
will hopefully have some more pics soon

Been a fan of r31s ever since i first laid my eyes on one. Yours is awesome Is that your s12 behind it? If so, its a beauty.

nah thats my mates st162 celica.
its just had a heart transplant.

st205 group a engine.
with a high flowed turbo.
microtech ecu fmic and 3" exhaust.
makes about 170 fwkw on its low boost tune of 12 pis.
will soon be gettin a a high boost tune at 18psi

thats a lot of power to one front wheel! (unless it has an LSD..)

yeah its got an lsd.
its also runnin some trd wheels.
its a rather nice car actually.
coil overs all round.
st205 brakes all round
up graded sway bars.
very nice to drive.. i avnt driven it with the turbo motor in there yet. but will be soon
he also has a jza80 supra as a daily driver haha

S12? There's no S12 there.

On the left is a FWD 86-89 Celica, and on the right, behind it is an S13 Silvia.

just picked up $1000 worth of parts today
new coil overs all round
and some 5 stud front hubs to finish my 5 stud conversion
