Hello friends,

After many hours of hard labour the moment was there. When I turned the key the engine started working!!!! But it needs new contactpoints and a better distributor rotor. luckly I managed to find this in Japan and is posted to Holland.

Unfortunatly I can't show it to you here with pictures because it is very cold and snowy here. A pitty I can't make a little test drive. As soon as the conditions improves I will upload photos of a running Fronte. 2009 ended good but 2010 promis to be better

Hello all,

Update about the restoration. Engine is ready and running. All electrics works; lights, horn, screen whipers etc. New tyres fitted. Waxoil treatment done.

Now working on the brakes. Front brakes were in bad condition. Will replace it this weekend.

Only the weather conditions are still bad. It is extreme cold with snowy and ice conditions. This is going on for 2 months! Very unusual here in Holland.

I am looking forward that weather improves and make a testdrive. Naturally I will make a video and share this on Youtube.

Hello Guys,

Great news, the Suzuki Fronte is running well!!!! :P

Image

Please visit the first video of the maiden trip

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m3X5jknwycA

The engine runs good and also the breaks are working well.
On the last uploaded photos you can see they were in a bad condition.
All brakes are replaced even the main brake cylinder.

Everything works: radio, lights, windowwasher etc.

Small cosmic work will follow and keep you informed.

Hi Guys,

While surfing on Youtube I found myself in German program talking about the Suzuki Fronte after winning a prize of the Concours Elegance. Go to 3 min 56 sec. if you don't want to see the other cars
