What are the odds of that happening twice?

Only j/k'ing.I backed my car in the ditch in Targa '09,but it was a "soft off"

I'm hoping to make it mine....its a very very rare find around here, but it would look perfect in my driveway done up for historic rally.

When I first saw the title, I thought it was a US model Cricket (I believe that was British built). I did not know the US Colt was called a Cricket in Canada. Nothing like confusion. :?

There's a thread for raced in anger?

When ever you go off.....there is always someone there taking pics.....

From what I have read so far, looks like here in Canada we had the Plymouth Cricket and the Dodge Colt starting in 1974.Both are the same car except for trim items(I think).Up to that date the Cricket was the British built Hillman just rebadged.Maybe someone else can confirm that as I'm new at this.

So....what would this Cricket have been badged as if it was sold by Mitsubishi......a Lancer?

PS still no answer from the phone listed in the ad or sign of anyone at the house.

Yeah, it would have been badged as a Lancer, looks like an LA.
Then again, it sort of looks like a GC/GD Galant hardtop as well, so I'm not totally sure lol

It's not a lancer.
It's a GEN 2 Galant Hardtop GC/GD (in Australia and Asia) or Dodge Colt Hardtop (in USA).

They had it patched up with bondo then covered with fresh paint and a heavy coating of underguard.I would sooner have seen it before patched so I would know the extent of the rust.

The original Plymouth Crickets from 1971-early '73 were British built Hillman Avengers. Then around mid '73 Chrysler rebadged a Dodge Colt as the Plymouth Cricket... a much wiser decision.
