once again, don't expect a nice product with those flares. they fit...kinda..but need reinforcement to have longevity. I'll post up pics in the datsun section!

...and Nakazoto, I'm really diggin your recently acquired field-find Kei-360! I would love to speak with you about importing bits and pieces! (...and maybe more!) checked out the projects on your site...looks like you're deep up in it!

...by the way, I just realized, my website address was not in my signature, so I've added it! please check it out...along with this pic I shot the other day in the shop (KA24DE/5-speed swap mitsu-van, and the 'little buddy' 1200 coupe!)

Thanks man! That little kei car is going to be a blast, haha. I checked out your website, very nice, you got some serious talent man! I'm more than happy to try and hunt down some parts for you! Shoot me a PM ;)
By the way, that 1200 coupe is sweet!

Keep up the awesome work!
Cheers
David

What gets me is that you got it from the bloody wreckers! Mine's 11ty-billion times worse than that and I bought it registered! Soooooo jealous right now lol
Those rims and the stance make the car, although the auto lets the team down somewhat. With a manual conversion and a built EFI G54B it'd be perfect :D

thanks for the jealousy/ego boost... and yea, we're in full agreement on the 5-speed and built EFI motor for sure!

And forgive me if you covered this already, but are you planning to leave the "junkyard scribble" on the quarter panel forever? :P

junk yard scribble? oh yes! already polished around it when I rubbed out the black paint on the roof....and have no plans to remove...till bodywork and full repaint. (it's kinda cool being able to say: "the body is exactly as I found it!")

Purely awesome! I actually just picked up one of these cars not more than a couple weeks ago. The bad news is that the car is a complete and utter rust bucket. Every floor pan except the passenger foot well, quarter panels, frame rails, etc etc. The good news is that the car was free! It'll be destined for one last showing at a 24 hours of LeMons event. I fully intend to make as many races as possible with the car, but it's going to be an amazing amount of work.

Since I'm tearing the car down, if you need any photos of the bare chassis or specific parts, let me know. I'd be more than glad to help!
