There's a burgundy '78 Impala 2-door on dog dishes next to that cop car camaro, and there aren't any pictures of it.

The 4-speed Montes are kind of cool- one of my bigger automotive regrets was not buying a burgundy/red interior factory 4-speed '78 Monte Carlo that showed up at a local car donation auction. It ran, it moved, I didn't know how to drive a manual and didn't have enough money. I had a friend who was going to go in 50/50 on it with me, but he got cold feet and chickened out last minute. It sold for $600 and likely received 24" wheels in Pontiac.

I love those Montes. I remember buying a 79 Monte Carlo, back in 88 for about $500... black with red velour interior and Keystone Classics chrome wheels. It ran great, till the brakes gave out. My girl's parents neighbors had an 80 Monte Carlo sitting in their backyard for the longest time. I asked them about it, and they said they were going to let it go for about $350 or so... but I slept on it, now it's gone.
