I was reading the forum and decided to sign up =D

I'm from Madrid (Spain) and I'm a japanese classic cars fan (I like also modern cars but I prefer classics).
Here in Spain is very difficult to see classic japanese cars because there was not so much asian imported cars in Spain before late 80's.

I had a 95' Daewoo Nexia but it was destroyed in a riot near my university and now I drive a Honda HRV. In the future I want to import here a Mitsubishi Galant GTO or Nissan Skyline GTR (both from the 70's) but for now it's only a dream.

Sorry in advance for my bad english (I hope to improve it writing and reading in the forum).

Wow JNC is getting love from all around the world! Living in Spain, you could probably show us a few cars weve never seen before.

I'ts probably. In Europe there are a lot of classic cars that wasn't sold in other countries, but here are a very few classic american cars (I have never seen a muscle car in the streets for example) and the japanese cars here are only export versions of a few models with other names. I have never seen a Nissan Skyline here...

In Spain, we have the brand "SEAT" that produced beautiful cars in the 50's, 60's and 70's (nowadays still producing cars but are not the same).
I think there are not Seat cars in USA or in Japan

Welcome! The Seat's were Fiat's made in Spain, correct? Something about cars being sold in Spain needed to be manufactured there...?

During 50's , 60's and early 70's most of the Seat cars were Fiats lightly modified and built here under license because during the dictatorship (1936-1975) was very difficult to import cars because there was very high importation taxes (a measure to favor national production).
A lot of cars of different brands were built here under licence like the Dodge 3700 GT or Dodge Dart, made in Spain by "Barreiros" corporation with spanish materials.



Nowadays the Seat cars are original (not versions of another cars)



It's a good city to visit. If you need any recommendation about places or something ask me. If you walk in the streets of the center of the city you can see a lot of amazing cars (Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Lamborghini...)
Last week I saw this Rolls Royce Phantom parked.
