The AJD juggernaut rolls back into town once again in 2010!

This year, we’re aiming to roll out 5 events across the nation, but of course we’re starting where it all began, in Adelaide. To try and avoid the monsoonal weather conditions of the last couple of years, we’ve moved this year’s event forward to 28 February, and we’ll be back at Wigley Reserve, Anzac Highway, Glenelg.

This year, entrants will need to pre-pay via PayPal (using a credit card or paypal account) with your application before it can be accepted (if you don’t have PayPal and credit card facilities, contact us and we can process your application manually), to save us the dramas of chasing up no-shows from previous years.

Aside from that, what else has changed? Ummmmm…well…not much really. It’s still $10 for entrants, free for spectators (although we’d appreciate a gold coin donation), and all profits raised from the Adelaide event this year will go to the Cancer Council SA.

For more information about the event and to enter this year, check out our website – www.alljapanday.com.au – and follow the relevant links.

The event is only about six weeks away, so don’t dilly-dally, fiddle-faddle or piss-fart around, entrant numbers are limited so it’s first-in first-served!

We look forward to seeing you all again this year, let’s make this one huge!

Cheers
The AJD committee

Mate sounds to shaping into another great show. Wish we'd known the date up here as we've set one of our JNC shows on the same day already!

Like the idea with Paypal though, just watch all those fees they charge!

Tell me more about the other national shows

'tis the season for it.. :)

other shows are tba at the moment, with only NSW having a semi firm (or flacid, if you must) date at the moment.. (late march early april)

It'll basically be more of the same. Keeping it simple.

It's like Seinfeld...the show is about nothing. :)

Who's organising your JNC show?

Myself, couple of good friends from the Mazda club up here, president from the RSCRA and Dr Datto.

We'll still have our regular show in June, we just saw the need for a classic version, similar to the massive show in JCCS in Cal.

we've always been in June - that was a regular Mazda day that's evolved really to take on all makes! The new show in Feb, same day as the SA day, been trying to get down to one, darn it!

You might be thinking of the other show, the CJSS. Due to shite loads of politics up this way, the organizers have put off just about everyone and every Japanese club up here so haven't heard any more on this, but it is usually held in October.

Mate, the more the merrier if you ask us, we'd have a show every weekend if we were free!!

damn, its the day after I arrive home from China :(

I dont know what state I would be in to bring the DR30 down for the show again this year. But if its anything like last year there should be another DR30 or 2 to rep the 30's.

Though I will head down in the afternoon to take some time to check out the cars / take some photos.
