Sorry for posting in your thread.

No Problem, I'm very happy to hear again from you :)

Today I was at my Daihatsu Agent, he told me that you got in contact with him, and that you need mirror's for you G10 Charade, right? :)

Have you filled the screw holes within the doors for the mirrors?

If I can help you, please contact me! :)

I still dream of a big Charade G10 meeting......

Yes the holes for the screws on the mirror are mounted in the door and are fine, but i have two mirrors but they are not so pretty, if i can find a new one that would be great.

I also have some parts for G-10 if you guyes need, like engine parts, and some NOS parts in varius places.

Regards.

Okay, the last answer to this thread was more then 2 years ago, so I think it's time for an update.

My G10 for sure I still own, it drives and in my opinion it looks better then bader. A lot of problems with the carburator in the past SHOULD now fixed in the 2009 season. But it was not really bad so some times the engine stops some times while stopping on traffic light.

2007 and 2009 I was droven to Switzerland with it,

Droven km's:

2007: 4805,7 KM
2008: 3120,9 KM
2009: 4855,8 KM

Over all 12.782,4 KM since the restore was finished.

Next year comes a new movie to the Cinemas (and also as TV Movie in 3 parts) where my little car becomes a small sightseen. The Movie is called "Carlos the Jackal" and comes 2010 to cinemas.

2007, 2008 and 2009 I was on Austria's biggest vintage car exhibition in Tulln (www.oldtimermesse.at)

All fine with the small car :)

I got a new windshild from ebay for peanuts in tinted blue, looks so cool now ;)

In 2008 comes some articles about my G10

I am very happy and proud to my little Charade G10, he is for sure not a car for daily use, but I like to feel the old kind of driving car...
