ended screwing up the rear fender arch. I cut it too short and now there is a big gap at the seam. so I had to bring it it a body shop to fix it. They fixed it by welding back the seam but ended up bonding the flares to the body instead of the allen wrench screws I wanted to do(detachtable) So now it's in a fixed position. They did ok. Charged me $200 for the whole weld stich and molding in ot the body. so now the front will follw suit later on but they gave me an estimate to do all plus filling in and taking out all dings dents all over the car for $300. will post pics tom and see what you guys think about it.

Did those wheels fit inside the fenders without the adapters? Trying to find out what fits good on one with stock fenders...

Never mind... :P

Are the fenders pulled/rolled much at the time this photo was taken?

yes pretty rolled but not pulled out up front I had to cut the rear coz of the adpter. Oh! one more thing you gonn have to get rid of the plastic inner fender shield in the front section as it rubs when it turns even if the fender is rolled out good. 195/50 is the right size tire for a 15x8 0 offset.

the rears you jsut need to roll the top edge for most part. It's just the front ones as it sticks out a bit further out than the rear. A half inch spacer will at the rear will really even out the tire clearance with the front and back.

Ok, it's been awhile since i updated this project. Anyway, soon after the first week of Jan she's gonna have all the dings and flares molded in (front) and primered in black(for now till I get more mulah). Color will be silver.

A friend of mine happen to get this cool side mirrors so I kind of did a dry test to see how they look with them mounted up front on the fenders. Would like your opinion if they look cool and fits the car.

The car will be in primer black for the time being.

Will they mount closer to the hood? More on top of the fender?

I would say NO. They just dont look right. try getting some OEM mirrors from Japan or elsewhere. your model has low demand on the mirrors so they should come in cheaper than the other ones.

Today, I stripped the car of both bumpers and headlights to get her ready for the body shop. By Monday she's off for body repairs. Hopefully I can strike a better deal which include paint as well. For now he said he will be just taking out all the dings dents and mold the flares in and prime the car for paint only.

I think I'll get those mirrors on ebay.

Those are nice tooo and thought about it but with the coming bill of doing all the body work, paint and all, it just might wait for awhile. Those are the two choices I have in mind. The other is cheaper and also nice and you are right you can't beat an oem look for the car.

Hpefully my sales for this month will be good as well. Thanks.
