Internet Movie Cars Database. One of the most complete list on the web about vehicles seen in movies.

I've seen that referenced before, like on the 1st page of this thread :)

In "When Harry Met Sally", Meg Ryan drives 76-78 Corona RT119 wagon in a few scenes.

I watched Zodiac recently, being set in the 70's and 80's I was keeping an eye out for any Z's in it. Thought I was not going to see any until right near the end of the movie when the cartoonist is going into the hardware shop, I spotted a silver S30 parked up the road. Its out of focus, but those sugar scoop headlights are unmistakable.

Not quite as old school as the rest but of personal interest to me, in quite a few of the outdoor sequnces in Seinfeld, there is a Palarmo Grey '88 Starion. Its always parked in front of Jerrys apt.

The new Alvin and Chipmunks movie has a Datsun roadster the main character uses to drive around in.

Wow, that's a good eye you have there! I've seen that video several times and never noticed it.

Cannonball Run was mentioned, the sequel had an '83 Starion.

I bet the Godzilla movies would be another great source for various cars as well.

There's a lot of bad-ass older cars in there. Disco Novas, I spotted an early '70s Dart Swinger, '60 Chevy wagon, late '60s GMC wagon, looked like a '54 Ford 2-door at one point, whole bunches of nice cars.

In the heinously pointless movie "Collier & Co.", which was a direct to video release from one of the original Dukes Of Hazzard actors, the bad guys chase his '69 Charger through an orange grove in a yellow Plymouth Arrow, which gets rolled over pointlessly.

Theres a Korean/Japanese movie set in the 70's i believe, about Japanese and Korean spies. Its called KT, which i think means Kill Target. Anyway the main characters get around in a 2 door C10 skyline, and the bad guys get around in a 4 door C110 skyline.

I've only seen the end of the movie on TV, and have never managed to find it anywhere to watch the rest of it.

It's a Triumph, not a Datsun

In Commando the Arnie film, the bit when Matrix kind of abducts the girl and her car at the airport parking building, there is a 240z, 280z and a couple of Rx7 FB's parked up.
And during the chase scene they almost ram a RA28 off the road, and theres a few others in there also.

The Honda N600 was in a few American movies, but I stumbled upon this just now. Lots of French film appearances.

There's a Datsun 510 seen briefly in a scene from "King of the Mountain", an early '80s flick about racing on Mulholland Drive:

There's also a 280ZX in another scene:

Warren Oates and his green 4Door Datsun 510 get massively ventilated by bullets in the finale of "Bring Me The Head Of Alfredo Garcia":

Hey man, I said "finale". You didn't have to click the link.

Enjoy. First time I saw it, I had no idea about how it ended, but it was good enough to stick out to the end and I was pleasantly surprised. :tu:

There is a blue 240z in a scene in "Breakin Away". The main characters are eating in front of a pizza place. The guy played by Dennis Quad leans all over it.
