Ok, not necessarily that old, but old enough for me to be nostalgic over. I don't know much about these old DTM cars, but I remember collecting the Matchbox version of some of them when I was a kid. I love the rough and tumble nature of DTM and the soundtrack for this video is perfect. Enjoy! =D

The closest I ever came to owning an M3 was this Greymarket E30 323i. Lot's of E21's, 30's and 36's, but never an M. The 16V 190 is a rare bird.

Well, the 928 S4 came pretty late in the game but I dig it.

Two of my recent favorites.

1973 E9

1985 528i Hartge H5S. This car is even amazing in brown. In a blue or gray this would be even better.

That's a Mk1 Jetta, made from 1980 to 1984. It has extended rear arches and desirable Euro headlights. I'm not sure what engine it is.

Here's another of my Rabbit "Freja". It's an '81 Rabbit Convertible with a '79 Rabbit front end swap to square lights.

Currently in the barn on jacks waiting for a header.

It's kind of funny- four of my friends also have Mk1 Rabbits- a sedan, a GTI, a pickup and a vert. 8)

Thanks Sven, that's cool.

I'm a n00b to VW's. Would one of those be a bad idea for a daily driver project? (as in already running, just doing little mods etc)
