I just started getting into photography, and I'm still learning quite a bit. I just got a cheap / simple digi camera to start with. I took these pics super early this morning with all the fog out. I thought it might make for some intresting shots. thoughts / suggestions welcome  ... I wanna see what you guys do with your cameras!! :tu:

While not JNCs, they are nostalgics. Cameras used matched with pictures are as follows

Old Minolta Dimage 5mp camera
Image

1950s vintage rangefinder Kiev
Image

Nikon N90s with a 24mm lens
Image

I haven't taken any of the JNCs that I own out for photo safaris yet. Gotta get 'em cleaned up enough for that. I could take the cressy out, but it has a black tag and that might get me in trouble...

Some randoms out of stuff I've managed to upload.

^Probably not the most awesome photo, I just love this '70 Polara.

Forgive the size of this one...

Image

Somehow the quality got destroyed in uploading it. Never bothered to re-upload it. One of the big magazines had both cars, pre-introduction, and was out on Woodward and doing a photoshoot, rolled past, stopped, took some of my own pics. Vinsetta is about the only vintage looking building left on the most cruised stretch of Woodward anymore, and it gets used for professional car photoshoot backdrops quite often.

Image
^love that picture.

A lot wrong with these, but below are three I'd put some effort into ages ago-

Image
Image
Image

Bad pics from old P/S, but JNCs at the Detroit Autorama a few years back-
Image
Image

Orange 510 ended up abandoned in a local impound a year later, I found it and ended up letting a friend buy it (Who is on here but never posts) and he fixed it and loves it, and the Carina is a local tuning shop employee's baby and I know he still has it and takes fanatical care of it, though I haven't seen it out and about since I took this picture.

And some mild funny-

I have probably 30,000+ pictures on my computer I need to upload from years of car shows and such.

Here's a few taken with my Canon Rebel Xti (10mp). I NEVER edit my photos in any way. They would probably be better if I did. :) Sorry, most arent car related, but this is the general discussion, so I figured it's ok.

some nice shots in this thread. Always good to see what other folks come up with in terms of framing, colour, detail etc.

i'm only just getting back into photography after a year or so of not having enough time to pursue it as a hobby... even thinking of branching back into film for the hell of it!

Great pictures. :tu: SWG, is the Polara running a 440?

I wish I had more time to devote to photography, and better equipment. All these were taken with this point and click Kodak.

This is kind of a cool series, find the front wing parts flying though the air.

Those were all shot with a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ8 semi point and shoot. I also use a Nikon F4S, but it doesn't get much use since its easier to upload digital pics.

Damn, TacoDelRio, you are an adventurous dude! Wild pics.

Cycletech, no, sadly it's a 383 2bbl. It is a really clean and relatively unmolested two owner car though, which is cool.

My 300 has a 440 though.

Nice nature pics as well, you guys are making me jealous of your travels.

Thanks Boss!

Hey Cycletech, have you always lived in VA, or are those travel pics?
