Anyone up for wading through a field of dirt and metal shards this weekend?

We'll be headed to the Pick-A-Part on Milliken Ave in Ontario, then the import only Ecology on Boyle in Fontana.

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&source= ... =UTF8&z=13

We'll be there at 10am, on time :)
Sunday, September 5

Were you wearing a Mazdaspeed shirt, Ben?

I was there on Saturday around 10am or so. Got me a TE72 interior piece for $39 less than found online. 8)

2-3 TE72's, some Notchback Celicas, a 60 something Corona, and the usual eighty million Saturns.

EDIT: I'm a retard. Didn't read "sunday". Have fun!

No... I left at 10:30, I pulled a 5spd from a black 89 GTI for a friend..
I saw the car your talking about it was a coupe? red? or I think I saw one with the passenger door removed and the front fender hanging?
Plus+ I know you, if i had seen you I whould have harrassed you...
By the way did you see the clean tan Celica SR5 at the end of row 5...drool brought a tear to see such a nice, clean, straight car in the yard..
It's too bad I seen a lot of nice j-tin dying lately and I don't have enough money to save them all....

Celica SR5? I don't think I saw a Celica or a Corolla there... got a pic?

Picture time!

This row was weird... this row was strewn with alternators, starters and other accessories like a hansel & gretel bread crumb trail.

This first batch is from the one on Milliken Ave. Pick-a-Part in Ontario.

There were simply too many rx-7's to take photos of them all. Here's the 1st one we came across.

Such a clean Cressida... :(

The yellow corner... Fieros lumped in with the imports.

Someone took the carb from this car to try on their 510.

Then we were off to the import only Ecology Auto in Fontana. This TE72 was very complete, S304 rear end code. Immediately after this shot we got yelled at for taking photos so this is the only one from this yard.

Next up, Rialto!
Such a rare car... 626 Capella

There should be a law against junking 2-tone cars.

OMFG, ultra-rare Datsun Cherry Wagon!!

The security guard "escorted" us to the front gate and made us put the camera in our car before reentry.

Not sure why this policy exists... by posting pics here we can generate more business for them.

Is here another yard in Santa Fe Springs other than the Ecology Auto at 13780 E. Imperial Hwy.? I need to go!

That would be an A10, known as the Stanza, Violet and 510... but not that 510 :).

One won Southern Cross, I believe.

80-81 510 in US, Violet in Japan, and Stanza in NZ/Australia
