Thanks for the compliment. I honestly don't remember the paint code for the blue/green car. I think it was a GM color though. Somthing from the mid 90's.

Very nice Celicas! One question. What fender mirrors did you have on your old blue one?

Oh ok. I just haven't seen very many US Celcias with fender mirrors. But then again, I'm new at this old school thing :D

Guess I haven't updated this car in a while. Well the exhaust is now done. Blew out the clutch and installed a 6 puck with stage 2 pressure plate. Had to replace a brake master cylinder and now the clutch master is going out. Other then that the car is a gem. Getting 24 mpg and has been on one sprint to 130mph with more room to go. Just need to keep dialing her in to be the car I really want. I have to finish my short stroke conversion soon though. My right front shock is blown and has become dangerous and annoying.

Yeah I'll probably be selling this car soon. Trying to get a new car in a month or two. But until then the work will continue. I hate to leave things alone. Always gotta tinker or mess with something. Guess thats why I go through so many cars. Just like the challenge of figureing out what's wrong. This one is like a new car to me now. Nothing to fix after the shock.

The tip is all one off. Just a piece of Stainless piping tig welded to an RB Industries pre-silencer. Nothing fancy, but I think it turned out okay.

tip looks good. I did a muffer like that once with a chrome vibrant muffler and a 3.5 inch truch exhaust tip that i cut on a band saw and it looked really great. Looks good brewski G/L on the sale.

No the paint isn't original on the car. The guy I got it from said the car was painted sometime back in the 80's. The car was originally light green. But the black held up pretty well for being almost 30 years old now.
