That is just an awesome stance. I guess you don't need those other wheels, then. Someone's trying to sell a set on Craigslist for $300, I'm sure you could get a reasonable price for them (like $100-$150, I'm guessing).

nope i have no plans to sell them i plan on keeping them always a good idea to have another set of wheels im going to be running them on the front for a while at the very least till i get the front slots cleaned up they will remain with this car there is only one possabillity i see for me selling them and thats for my buddies datsun project and thats if he ever gets a platform

man ive been slacking off lol the car has come along way since i last updated it

i got the suspention squared away had a bent strut fixed that and got it to sit where i wanted it

heres my dad showing the car in relation to his belt shelly used to sit about level with his belt

thumbs up for ground clearence

cleaned up the original plates

and my dad found these in the depths of his toolbox i have 2 im thinking one on the grille and one on the trunk lid

painted the tail light panel and hood

took both instrument clusters and made one out of the best parts

hooked up the throttle linkage and got the brakes squared away

a little more work went into it after it cooled down looks like datsun had a plan for this 610 :D

i modified a autometer sport comp tach and the filler plate and now have a 10,000 rpm tach in the once blank gadge pod

i have also finished transfering all the wiring over from the yellow car all i need to do now is finish mounting the mr2 seats ger a new cooling fan mount the radiator and paperwork and im down the road

That thing is funky and awesome. I really dig the slot mags on it.

Here's a picture for inspiration. Homie at my old job bought a binder full of modeling shots from the 70s & 80s (swap meet find of a lifetime), and this was in there. Hope your car yields equally boss babes.

well my girlfriend like it so thats a start :D that specific car is a nice peice of work late model valance with the big holes filled early fenders with side markers shaved and them flairs are a work of art i wish i could work metal like that im also diggin the rear view mirror beautiful car thanks for the pic definatly insperation i like how the valance looks closed up like that

edit: this pic was taken in the late 70s probibly 78 or so first gen 200sx in the backround (if i remember right that model started in 78 ) and also the b-210 2door in the backround as well

alright an update i got the condencer mounted and the radiator mocked up with the fan so i can get an idea of how its gonna go

its gonna be close there is gonna be another fan on the other side behind the grill as a pusher i will have more then enough airflow and ice cubes blowing out of my vents :D
