does a 2E 1.3l 12v (from e80 and e90 rollas) fit into the ke70 without major modifications please?

First of all, its from fwd car, so enginemounts have to be done and there is no place for mounts in intake and exhaust sides. E-series engine won´t fit directly to any RWD transmission. Ignition things are located to rearend of the head, so those hits to RWD cars firewall.
It´s not impossible, but those things you have to sort first. Lots of little things and that 2E is not worth of it. If you want to use E-series for some reason, use 4E-FE or 4E-FTE.

Try finding a rwd gearbox that will have the rite bolt patern on the bellhousing for the engine. i dont thing any exist. better off going 4age atleast its been done before and you can easily get a rwd gearbox.

the owner changed his mind, he's not selling the car, but I like to ask around before making a commitment; better to know beforehand if some things can be done or not.
4K's are hard to come by here, and since intended use was as a daily user, i wanted to be easy on consumption. but thanks anyway for your tips!
