Thanks for posting this, Ken.

This should be a lot of fun with all kinds of Hondas, new, old, and in-between showing up.

More info here; http://formulah.com/HondaCarShow.doc

I'm hoping for a couple of surprises, as well!

Everyone's invited, and it's free!

Although my JNC is Toyota, I still have a soft spot for Hondas. So I went to browse the thisoldhonda.org website and in the Events section I notice a pic of Jay Leno and oddly something about it looks very familiar. So i checked my flickr account and sure enough it is a pic I took. Interesting the photo is credited to Scott. Last I checked my name isn't Scott!

Is that a big deal? I know it's on a public place where anyone can see them. But to to claim it as your own? :td:

Anyway, I hope the show is a success. I look forward to seeing pix.

Hi game junkie, I own thisoldhonda...

Scott is a friend of Brian's and I know him as well - he sent me a copy of that pic. I erroneously assumed he actually TOOK it!

If you would like me to remove it that's fine, or if you would like some kind of credit for it, that's fine too. Please PM or post your preference.

Thanks!
Ellen

Sounds like is was an honest misunderstanding with no intent to mislead anyone. You can leave it up there. 8)

Great turnout! Glad to see old mixing with new.

BTW Brian, I noticed how well all your cars line up! Great attention to detail =D

Re Quote 1; Thanks, Dan! It was a great turnout, especially since it was our first, and it was thrown together rather quickly without a lot of pre-event publicity. We hope to make it much bigger and better next year. It was really good to have the old / new mix.

Re Quote 2; Thanks for the vote of confidence! I wanted old next to new (T500 / Ridgeline, S600 / Beat), as well as have them be neat and orderly with all of their noses lining up. I just can't help my myself and my anal ways! LOL!

Wow, I'm so jealous of this show. I wish that I wasn't on the other side of the country. What a beautiful display, and I might say a stunning Accord LX hatchback! Even with the option Enkei wheels!! Love it!! Love those S600s as well, just amazing to see so many in one place, hope to see on in real life one day!

We usually see pics of shows in California and wish we were over YOUR way! :-)

Thanks very much to all who attended!

Echoing Ellen, it's usually the East Coasters who wish they had the concentration of J-Tin that exists on the West Coast. We are very grateful to all of our participants and spectators for making the show such a success, and for all of the praise we have received. We hope to make next year's event bigger and better.

When Ben says on the blog, "Honestly speaking, this was a better showcase of vintage Hondas than the official American Honda event!", we are truly honored!

Our next show is the 18th Annual Honda S Car Gathering, which will be held at Formula H Motorworks on September 5th & 6th. http://hondasportsregistry.com/gather.php

Please consider attending. We get owners and enthusiasts from all over the country, and usually a couple of non-USA attendees, as well.

There is no doubt that the show was really a one of a kind show. Acura cars are top notch cars and I can surely say that because I am a proud owner of an Acura Integra. For the 4 years that have past I hadn't experienced too much problems about this car. I remember the first time that I had problem with my car (A fuel pump problem), I wasn't able to replace it because I don't know where to start. But when my brother helped and taught me that I should search for some Acura articles and news about it like the acura TSB, I was able to understand my car more and I was able to fix it on my own. It feels best when you are able to do something for your car.
