Thanks for the comments.
Changed rear tail muffler to an X-force Varex stainless steel muffler, which has internal butterfly and has made it pretty quiet, at the push of a button using a remote, or loud as hell, pretty cool actually, unfortunately the old mufflers, which were not really that old, were all burned out, only the casing was still intact in the front 2 resonators, and the rear muffler internal tube was warped from the heat...
I love rotors
Hi all, well the Varex system really sucked!!!
Well in my Rotary it did not work aswell as I had hoped for.
I was all for the novelty in quietening the car at a push of a button, but in reality, I was also pushing the button to loose power.
I have again changed the exhaust system, and have done away with the Varex, as it was not really suited to my application, and have since gone back to the man who originally built my mufflers.
I have fitted one of his butterflys to the exhaust (The Butterfly Effect), and used an open set up with mufflers and resonators, to gain the extra power lost to the Varex, but have gained some ponies by fitting an even less restrictive set up.
Its not quite finished, as it has been an ongoing project.
Will post up more soon.
