Mazda pickup seen on a used car lot today...

Chances of seeing an unknown 510 here in the UK? Practically zero! Some great stuff.

Random odds and ends seen recently…

Imported Vanette.

These Accord coupes rare here, still common in the USA?

Had one of these 323 a while back (aka Familia aka GLC).

Imported Minica Dangan.

Not what I thought I’d see parked up early one morning! These Corolla coupes always were very rare here, nearly bought one myself years ago.

Selection of stuff on a recent visit to Datman’s place. OK, some not on the streets as such but most of the above are being kept for eventual restoration.

Those Accord coupes are not very rare here... yet. But each passing year there's a noticeable decrease in their numbers. Beautiful cars, those.

Love the Nissan Vanette too!

Like I say, it was a very unexpected sight that Corolla. Although I'd have bumpers on it and ditch the mudflaps, I think the ride height and whee/tyre/arch relationship are absolutely 100%.

It was something like 7am when I took that photo, so regrettably a bit early to start knocking on doors to find out who was the owner!

I've always got my eyes peeled. There's a halfway rotted out '72 510 4-door I see every once in awhile at school, but talking to the kid who owns it a few weeks ago, it's making some rather nasty internal engine noises I guess, and it's parked while he thinks over what he wants to do now.

I saw a Chevy Luv truck that was MINT at school a few months ago as well, but that was a one-time only deal, I guess.

Ditto. The Aussie guys have all the nice JDM cars.. old or new. Especially in the Northeast, USA. All the old school Japanese metal is rusted away or crushed and sent to China. SIGH.

I think I own some JNCs myself to add to this thread. HAHAA!!

You may be the only one! I consider it a compliment when some one is interested in my car. A few months back I cmae out of a breakfast place near my home and a guy was standing there all excited taking pics of my car. I grinned a bit as I walked up to the car, and you could tell by the look on my girlfriends face that she knew we would be there for a little while!

I remember, in 1991, when me and my boy Gordo, drove my freshly painted.. LAVENDER, 82 Toyota Corolla SR5 coupe, with a bodykit and whaletail spoiler, and Impul mesh rims and cruised around Newport, RI during the early Summer time.

We cruised, got MANY stares and admirers, then made a few jealous homies who were flossing their tinted out Hyundais and Mazda 323s, with minor, lame customizations, stare.

In Newport, they park sideways in front of the stores.. well, we parked to get something to eat at a Chinese restaurant, and noticed an elderly couple.. walk up to my car, like it was a unicorn or something. LOL

Seeing the lil ole man, jump back 10 feet, after he touched the front fender, was PRICELESS. :lol:

Easy, guy, it's ONLY lavender paint. HAHAA

Question... was this 510 in the long beach area ? or at least california, if I'm not mistaken this is a car that my ex was going to buy, the car ran nice and all had a super small steering wheel and looked like someone got murdered in the back seat.

Spotted a clean 240Z about 3 weeks ago on the way to the skyline meet.

Saw a decent looking 70's honda civic in the rain on my way to the scrapyard today. Not sure who owns it but it looked like a daily driver.

I have a pic of the Z but it's still on the camera. No pics of the honda.
