Ok everyone. There are so few of us out there drifting our JNCs. I have been drifting my 1973 Celica for 3 years now. This entire time I have been searching for other JNCs to drift with. It's hard enough just to find other owners to talk with much less convince them to get out on track with their precious car. I totally understand why and I don't blame them at all.

That being said, I can't be the only one out there. Please post your location, pics, vids, car info etc.

Location: Seattle, WA
JNC: 1973 Toyota Celica

On September 1st 2013 after 3 years of searching, planning and disappointments things finally worked out. I spent 2 glorious days drifting along side of a 1972 Corolla. He came all the way down from Alberta, Canada to drive with me. Our cars were an excellent match on track as we both have 3SGE motors running ITBs. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I'm making this thread in hopes that this kind of thing will happen more often :D

Had it for almost 3 Years now, started off as a street car then when laws started getting tighter switched to track only. Don't really have any other dudes driving old 70/80's odd ball cars yet but my best friend has a 280zx 2+2 he is going to start driving with me.

Car looks good man :D There aren't many of these out there drifting. I noticed you upshifted 3rd. Are you still running a 12a?

I was 12a for about 2 years, that was my first event driving with a 13BT.

It's still slow though, only running 6psi of boost with a okay tune map in it. Still alot of fun though!

I used to upshift to 3rd with the 12a aswell but just use the clutch alot more haha.
