I really enjoy reading on JNC with my morning coffee and seeing all these beautiful Hako's being restored :) .
It's all in the details. Good stuff :tu:

Really nice colour, I think white, red and silver look the great on C10's (not all together).

Do you have a use for the tripple carb's on your L20?

I haven't updated here in a bit, but I finally did receive the Rebello motor at the beginning of September. On Rebello's engine dyno, it made 332 horsepower @ 6500rpm and 273 lb-ft @ 6200 rpm. Not too bad for 91 octane pump gas.

Unfortunately, I broke my finger pretty bad, so that set me back with the installation by a few weeks, but I finally got it in last weekend.

Here are some shots of the install:

My work was throwing away a large un-used Pelican case that just so happens to fit my old L20 perfectly:

Overall, happy with the progress as the engine is in there. Still need to do the fuel lines, coolant hoses/radiator, and throttle linkage, but overall, shouldn't be too far off now.

DOOM - I'm hanging onto them for now in case I ever put the L20 back in!

Peter she's gonna rip! We'd love to put her on the dyno at ZCG to see what power it makes. So far the 3-4 Rebello builds have made 260-275rwhp, yours sounds like a monster!

Alvin -

As soon as its running, I plan to bring the car to you guys. I already talked to Rob about having him make me a custom dual exhaust since I couldn't find anything off the shelf for the 60mm collectors on the Kameari header. Expect to hear from me soon! I figure we should put the car on the chassis dyno and measure whp while it's over there.

I picked up my Kakimoto 3100 valve cover today after it was re-finished. Pretty happy with how it turned out:

Just for the heck of it, a few cell phone shots of the Kakimoto valve cover next to my titanium stacks:

Blue steel. Your valve cover is so hot right now.

The stacks are insane. I've always loved the titanium coloring. Exhausts, stacks,... always looks badass
