Sputterpaint diy done: First a regular coat of black or very dark grey (as in motorbay) Sputtering is done by slightly diluted synthetic paint in preferably a spray gun with an upper paint can. With a lower hanging spray can thick paint is not sprayable/sucked into nozzle. The sputter paint i took 1 or 2 grades darker, or in my case semi gloss black.
Then experiment with diluting and pressure until best effect is acheived. Relatively low air pressure is needed, did it beond 0.5 bar. (5 psi??)
And try to spread the effect on all surface :) It covers all welding seams nicely, that's what i wanted, instead of 3kg of filler everywhere.

In real the motorbay is much nicer then on the bleached flash photo. Am very glad with the result of this diy job. :P

Lampbracket new made from scrap (The right one)
http://www.imgur.com/sp4ndgX.jpeg

Lamps/ doors/fenders/hood fitted and hood bent with some awkward footpower te let it fit into the fenders and cowl.
http://www.imgur.com/ArtsbTV.jpeg

Completely flattened the paint, now another layer of 2pack and primer is needed, roof and some spots fillerprimer extra. The finishing paint can go on.

Some probs to solve but it moves thu garage few meters, exhaust is ready and tight (self made from steel/inox with an absorbtion damper) Nice dark sound. Engine runs very smooth and is little more rev happy than stock with lighter flywheel.

Thanks you all ! 8)

atm polishing the grape like bubbles of paint and it get veryvery smooth. In a way polished looks much better and fit the car, not that new painted like.

Drive around with it and it had its first oil swap after 350 miles/500km. Runs on mineral oil to break in. I cannot get the idle proper adjusted it keeps varying from 800 to 1200 revs. Maybe because of the higher lift rockers and twin sidedrafts/flowed head. Or have to find a specialist to asdjust ignition and carbs. It feels and runs some better on higher octane RON98 fuel compared to 95 but dont understand that cr ratio is still under 10:1
