Thanks! I tidied it up a little and unbolted it for a picture. The tape on the third runner is because I can't tack the sections in yet, otherwise I won't be able to pull it apart to weld it properly.

Now that is properly awesome!

Well done! I bet you can't wait to hear it with this awesome piece of engineering on it, I know I can't wait, haha.

Cheers,
David

Thanks, man. :) Granted, it was probably a hell of a lot less work than what you've been up to on the Bellett.

I think it's one of those jobs that looks quite daunting at first, but turns out to be easier than expected. Very much looking forward to hearing what it sounds like in conjunction with the throttles.

I think we all are. 8) You better post a video when it's back together.

After an incredibly long hiatus bought upon by a certain 22R, a holiday in Japan and the general lack of motivation, there's fire in the boilers once again, so there should be a little bit of progress happening over the coming weeks.

Unfortunately, the short stint of enthusiasm I had wore off rather quickly, and I'm in a position where I need a more reliable, comfortable car, so this will sadly be sold on. :(

The good news though is that it will be replaced with something that came from factory with a JZ...

Movement in the station. Headers finally back from welding. Currently just has the front half of the exhaust running into a straight-through glasspack under the handbrake. Loud as hell. Even louder without that muffler. Plan is to just get the car to a shop and get the remainder fabricated when time/funds permit.

Mlracing: 10×5J +20 :)

errolae92: Thanks, man! It's been a long time coming. I've got a few more things to fiddle with, but I'll bump the rev limit up to 7200rpm (from 6700rpm in that video) and fiddle with the tune to account for the exhaust being able to flow a bit more freely.

Some pictures to show them off a little better than the potato-cam video.

Very nice work! So, does this mean your keeping her, or just finishing what you started?

As yet, I'm undecided whether or not to keep the car. It's a fun car to drive around, but at the same time there's also no point in having three registered cars if I do keep it. The issue of storage isn't great either, when I'm living in a rental and not many places have space for a multitude of cars.
