Probably about time I updated this, I would like to get a cool build thread going on here.
Matsuri 2012 was fast approaching, the car was ready, it was finally driving well, power felt good, 3 weeks before hand....i had a stupid idea.
Ok, anyways, little bit of this happened.
Quick job, quick sand, fix a couple little rust spots (bogged them, no time for this welding new pieces buisness in, but cleaned proper, rust convertered.)
It came out looking badass though, it's a off white, it's very hard to tell in the photos, and to be honest, im that used to it now I can't even tell.
Drift Matsuri rolled around, after a day of sliding it still looked cool with my 13x7 +10 Magnum wheels on the back!
Matsuri was one of those weekends I'll never forget. We had blistering temp's on track topping over 40 degrees centigrade, car was running STUPIDLY hot, Im talking, 230/240, well past boiling point and just kept going. I even broke the battery clamp, battery fell, tore a plug out of my dizzy and it still ran. It was so much fun stepping up and tandeming this time around, I had a good run with a LS1 powered toyota cressida who was even struggling to keep up with me.
Overall, I broke an exhaust, bent a front quarter and have a hell of alot of belt slap on my rear quarters after destroying 10 pairs of tyres throughout the weekend.
