I just picked up my first Japanese nostalgic car tonight... a 1974 MX29 Corona MKII rolling chassis, Im still debating whether or not Im going to do something with it, or part it out and it's pretty disassembled. The car is VERY solid. It has some minimal surface rust and 1 hole in the front fender... which is why it would be a very hard decision to part out... LMK what you guys think!

Im in Calgary Alberta, Canada. I would really like to keep it and restore it but I have so many projects on the go, and also looking at selling our acreage here... so if it sells I wont have the room to keep it, but here's to hoping!

I'd suggest keep it! its quite a rare car in even more rarer in this clean condition (that fender hole doesn't matter much!)

You found that down in Calgary?? Holy, I have never EVER seen one of those in Canada. If it was the later in the summer I would buy it from you for SURE. Shame to waste such a solid body.

Good to see another super clean MKII! I have not seen many white colored MKIIs.

Big project on your plate!

I have an MX12. Parts are very difficult to find.

But I have an unhealthy obsession with the MX cars of this era. Check the auction link I posted in this forum.

Good luck, looking forward to watching your progress
