We have a quick announcement to make for all of those that have registered or will be registering for the Shokuji J-Tin show. I was just told that a writer representing Nostalgic Hero will be at the show and there just might be a reward for one of you lucky car owners.

If you have not register yet here is the registration information.

Bump.

Only about 10 more days to go! Bring what you can bring!

I think an 88 Civic is fine

if it is in pristine condition. lol. i would love to see a totally stock 88 civic with original paint and everything! would be awsome! or even a nicely modded one that has modest taste to it.

With less than week to go before the event were extremely excited and wanted to give everyone a few updates. First we would to give a Big Thank You to everyone who registered early. Also a reminder to all spectators admission is free! We have more food vendors this time around which will give you chance to eat up and enjoy the show!

Guests of the event:

To anyone who missed our special guest last year. We’re pleased to announce “Mary” from the original Ken & Mary commercials will be attending the event. Stop by and say Hello and ask her about her recent trip to Japan. Don’t forget to bring your Hot wheels and any other Ken & Mary Memorabilia to have her autograph them.

Also Japanese Nostalgic Car magazine will also be there with a booth. Stop by and say Hello and pickup some JNC gear.

Last a common question we have been asked by various people “if we would allow for same day check-in”? due to last minute builds etc. After giving it some thought we would hate to turn people down from attending. We’ve decided last minute to allow owners who haven’t already registered to register at the door.

Cost will be $12 with check-in NO later than 9:00am.

Any questions please contact: hjcg_jamesv@historicj.com

Thank you and see you soon!

Hi guys,

Thanks for sharing links to pics of the show.
That's a very decent turn out for a classic car event.

In some of the pics I saw captures of a yellow 2door bug eye GLC, where can I get to learn more about that car?
From one pic I can gather that its RE powered.

Your help would be much apreciated.

Regards
Adin Louw
