For damage like that just get some foam from an apholstery shop. I took a bolster in with me to show what I was repairing. They sold me a 2 foot by 6 foot piece of 2 inch foam for something like 30 bucks. It was more than enough to build replacement bolster for both of my seats. You can cut the foam with either a heated wire(they make special tools) or you can be like me and go to a thrift store to buy an electric carving knife for 3 bucks. Cut the damage plus a little bit more out your bolster. Cut a piece of foam oversize for your hole. Glue the foam into the bolster with a good spray cement. Then carve it to shape with the carving knife.
The recaros come apart pretty easily and there are plenty of sites showing how to take them apart. Good luck with the repair!

I appriciate your feedback on the Recaros, that's some good info!

Getting back to the custom dragon emblem you were talking about, I think I want to embroider a Cressida Crest in the backrest of my LX-C's... right where the recaro emblem is, I want the RECARO emblem to cross through it half way down, so it looks like a Cross.

I want to go Black microsuede bolsters, Deep burgundy insert, RECARO emblem in White then the cressida emblem in Gold.

It's a Recaro LX-C out of a Twin Turbo R edition JZA70.

Yes the chaser tails will need some body work to be done in order to fit, mainly new holes drilled for the studs on the taillights to fit into, theres a bump that's part of the body that sits below the factory center garnish, it needs to be flat, then the trunk lid needs to be shortened, basically have to cut it where the factory chrome trim is.

Not sure who made it. I think it's a custom lip someone in japan made. I bought it from a auction and imported it to Canada. It's meant for a GX71 sedan.

I'd rather have 3 Piece instead of monoblock myself. Easier to repair or refinish or widen.
