Try Ottomotto in Nth Parramatta Mick for a used set, you might get lucky.

Failing that Yahoo Auctions is your friend, you should be able to find a used set pretty easy. Don't pay too much for them, a polish, repaint, shipping can easily make it not worthwhile especially if you are having someone else clean and paint them. They will probably need new steel lug inserts, no biggy.

I can't remember the exact figure I paid for my Wats, think they owe me 700 landed, most of the cost was in the shipping... generally speaking used wheels can be found pretty cheap. Upgarage is also worth a look, there are a couple of other places in Japan but can't remember them. Those are the main ones anyhow.

If you are looking for mags to suit Mazda 800/1000 5 stud it is the same as early Holden Torana and HK/T/G stud pattern.

I had a set of wheels drilled to suit my 1000 wagon. As long as 13 inch or bigger diametre then you will clear the front wishbones.

you can buy Hayashi Streets new from Japan, Jesse Streeter, RupeWrecht, importmonster, otomoto etc can bring them in for you.
http://www.hayashiracingusa.com/product ... ypest.html

i think your chances of finding a used set in good sizes in 5x110 are about ∞:1

but anyway you'd need to request custom PCD and they're are expensive already. I hope you have deep pockets.

I sent Hayashi USA an email a month or two ago, but I also never got a reply.
I want to give them my money.. but no joy. That's how you run a business...

Here is a pic of my 1000 wagon fitted with 13 x 6 minlite style wheels. Same stud pattern as earlier 800.

Apart from the bonnet having been repainted (before I got it) the rest of the body is totally rust free and original. It is still painted green under the guards. The seats have been retrimmed as well, but the door trims are like new and the sun visors still have plastic on them. Even the rubber floor mats front and rear are fully intact.

This car is like it has been in a time warp for 46 years. I was very lucky to have been offered it over 10 years ago when my good friend Paul Davies found it in Gladstone, Qld. That was his payback for me letting him buy his now amazing 808 coupe off me (I owned it before he made it perfect!) several years earlier.

I must do a post of the 1000 in the Mazda section, I think?

Do they come in 5 hole patterns at all? like 5x114.3? I'm trying to find some in a 5x114.3 or 5x120.5 (5x4.75) in a +33ish offset in 15x6

You can get fake ones in 5x114.3. Pretty wide specs though!

Actually, was thinking of something like this:

https://www.importmonster.com.au/view?u ... tle=15%204

de-chromed and sprayed black with new outers (either made here in Melbourne or found somewhere) with a metal centre spinner, so that it comes out looking a bit like this:

pity though, those Hayashi/Rotas look great and the original Campagnolo wheels are way beyond my price range
