Those look like the wheel vintiques wheels that I have in the rear of my Celica. 15x10 4.5in backspace.
I was just thinking about the Jeep flares today haha. I find it funny that I just read that you used them.

Yep, same wheels. But with the jeep flares at the stock size I am going to have to run a bit of a spacer in the back to have the wheel fitment that I want, which is pretty nuts on these wheels. Just found the pics of your car, it looks awesome but needs to be lowered about another 2" or so.

Yeah. I lowered the rear a little more but I'm happy with the height. I like to be able to drive without having to worry too much about dips and speed bumps haha.

Spacers in the rear!? Haha. That's going to be insane.

Yeah, the front pokes just a touch but the rear is a little tucked with the new flares and I have to have them match so once I get the tires and wheels on and flares mounted I am going to measure everything up and order a pair of spacers.

Progress has been made!!!! Picked up my fender flares and started working on them to get them to fit as well as receiving my MK1 Rabbit front lip. So here is the plan for the next week
Image
I plan to have all that on by next Sunday night. I have a photoshoot exactly 1 month from now, other than the parts I already have I need to lower the car some by then, more than likely I will end up cutting the springs until I have the cash saved up for all the suspension stuff I need. More pics to come through out the week as I cut stuff up and make it fit.

Picked these up from a friend, HKS Hiper D coilovers! (S13 front, early 90's Aristo in the back) So along with getting my wheels on and flares mounted now we get to cut up my car and get the coilovers on :) So excited....

Fender flares are finished up and zip stitched together! I will get them on this weekend so by early next week I will be rolling on my new tires and wheels. Other than getting that done, we are going to start laying out how to modify the front and rear suspension to accept the coilovers so I can get some low.
Picked this up for a new hood ornament

If it helps at all, I think S13 stuff will bolt to the lower ball joint. You can use an S13 spindle and hub. You may need to mash up some sort of frankenstein tie rod, but it will work. You will also need to use the top hat for your cressi. I know that S13/14 camber plates will fit the 1st gen celicas, but I don't know about the cressidas.

Looks like the top hat should fit, I am more worried about the length as the S13 stuff looks pretty short. Good to know that it will bolt up at the bottom :)

you may need an S13 balljoint to make it work, but it should work. I found the info on the Australian toyomods site or what ever it is.

No work got done this weekend.....had some family stop by and visit so I had to skip out on getting anything done. Hoping to get my flares bolted on this week and I should be cutting the stock fenders in the next week. I did get the metal ordered to drop the rear coilovers on so that should get done next weekend as well as getting the front coils bolted on.

Wheels, tires and flares are on.....well kinda, the rears did not work out the way that I had them so they had to be cut up for now to get me by the 5-0, I will be picking up some new flares for the back in the couple days so that everything will look okay. Pics coming soon! Oh and the coilovers that I was told would work, don't. So now I need to sell them and buy the original suspension setup I had planned on.

Dude, S13 front stuff will work! Hate to post other websites, but here is all the info you need. Also, AE86 stuff will work for the back.
http://www.classic-celica.com/modules.p ... opic&t=236

Look about halfway down the page... BAM! S13 stuff mounted right to an MX63/2 LCA. Don't trash your S13 stuff. You just need an S13 hub and front brake set up. Shouldn't be hard or expensive to find. It is S13 stuff after all. I would go this route if I didn't have coil overs already on my RA29.

If the mods remove the link, just PM me and I will send it right off to you.

Needs lowered BAD, thinking about cutting a coil or two until I can get all my suspension stuff on. I will grab some more pics once I clean the car up a bit and re-do the rear flares.
