Pulled out a couple of original Hot Wheels JNC's that I have had since well before they were JNC's...

The 300 is dated '84 and the Supra '82.

An original Matchbox JNC....

This Z is dated '78

Sitting pretty with a VERY small portion of my JNC collection. Lots more 1/64, 1/43 and 1/24ths around here for sure!

Love that radio! I use it pretty much exclusively for listening to Celtics games. Something about basketball on an old radio is just right.

The Starion is a discontinued Tomica Limited, they come up on EBAY from time to time usually about 20(!) bucks.

From my blog:

Image

"I picked this up the other day: a Zee Toys “Windracers” Mazda RX7 produced in 1979, when the full-size model was still brand new. This set is notorious for featuring a Nissan Skyline with very prominent “TOYOTA” tampos on the hood and quarter panels. Incidentally, the offending car is even pictured on the back of the blistercard. Can you imagine Hot Wheels producing a NISMO FR-S today? At least mine says "MAZDA" across the hood..."

I looked for a JNC food and snack thread but couldn't find one, so I guess this is as good a place as any....

Chocolate Tomica anyone?

Not quite as nostalgic as others, but I've got a 1/64 diecast model of my car. A zenki ('88-'89) Toyota Mark II. :)

I think everybody should have a perfect miniature of their own car. any car they've ever owned, in fact.

Agreed! And also a diecast of the variant/color/trim they WISH they'd owned.

What a coincidence, I was home for the holidays and took a few quick snaps of my "love me" wall, which has my collection. It's not super organized, just kind of thrown together…
