Any more updates? This is simply incredible...looks like nearly the entire shell is being remade from scratch!

I was curious about this title thread. I admire your determination. It seems you are going to need alot of new metal.

Z's are also called 'Fairladies'

I had to look at this thread again to see if an additional update was made. The work is impressive. Bodywork has never been & probably never will be my thing, but this does make it look exciting to see the vast improvements.

I take it your are making each panel by hand meaning no master die or form. Would you be able to duplicate these panels? The craftmanship in your work is great but what is the true cost and would any of us be able to afford your craftmanship?

For good quality work - $100AUD per hour.

Thanks Adzmax. But it kindda hard to solidly value an hourly rate or any time based rate. One of the reasons is that, we can focus on a car at a time. normally 4 cars at a go would make sense to a business like this. By taking all expenses like rental or overhead for instant, focusing on a car project wouldn't make us survive in this country. In your place could be better. But many thanks for you information.

in the US, this type of work would probably cost more than the value of the vehicle, a few times over.

The work is amazing...can't wait to see more!!!!

The fabricating skills of items that are hardly a good template is just unbelievable.

So awesome!!
