 Post subject: What is necessary for for a k series upright conversion?

What all pieces are necessary? Obviously the mounts, but does any motor work need to be done? How would i go about swapping to a t50 tranny?

Not as simple as you might think. Main issues are the lubrication system other than obvious engine and transmission mounts.

To fit a T50 you need a K - T bellhousing. Difficult to source and expensive if the seller knows what it is. Then of course the appropriate tailshaft and diff.

Can you modify a bell housing adapter but with the 4speed bell housing to a t50? Do i have to source the bell housing?
