I never thought pulling a plug was that difficult. I would be concerned with how far it hangs down and its clearance etc. Plus what if a rock kicked up and hit the handle?

One thing you forgo buy doing this is.... You dont get to see your magnetic drain plug and any early signs of catastrophic engine failure, i.e. metal particles from your failing main bearings.
Just a thought, it will be "easier" though 8)
