I already rebuilt my carb, and it works great. the emissions are fine at idle, but when the RPMs come up it richens itself up. I think it is due to having a aero exhaust and a larger pipe size than stock. The mixture is dialed in, but that just adjusts the idle. The problem I am faced with, I cannot any non stock jets for my carb so I have no adjustability above idle. I would like to use the aisan carb since I have 2 of them and they are rebuilt. Perhaps some really hot plugs can help burn off the excess fuel. Any ideas are welcomed. I want to drive this beast already.
