Even though I' have now been in the Starquest scene for a good 6-7 years or so, I'll be the first to admit I am far from a know-it-all expert on these cars... but I have never seen a Starion that came from the factory with hubcaps. Even going back to the original run from 1982 (see picture) They all came with alloys.

I'm sure another Starquester can add to this, or correct me if I'm wrong... but... Just sayin' I think you may be looking for that set of hub caps for a long... long... time

Well there has to be some sort of cap over the little hub. I don't think he means like the hubcaps that fit over an entire wheel does he?

IF he means full wheel covers, they are called Aero Covers, and only one person I know might have some, and they will not be cheap. His name is Kreal, on starquestclub.com. Even he might not have any as rare as they are.
If he is just talking about the factory center cap in a conquest wheel, I believe they are the same from 84 to 89.
Aero covers were only an 89 thing, I believe. If his name indicates his car, and it is an 85.5, it is kind of rare, but a flatty with 5 lug wheels. (The factory wheels are pictured above.)

Are these the Aero Covers you're talking about?

Crazy. I've never seen these. Remind me of vintage Ronal Turbo wheels :D

Awesome! I have a 1/43 diecast Starion with those wheels on it and I always wondered what the hell they were! I think I need to find a set of those!
