How's it going fellow JNC'ers, here is a picture trail of my 1969 Toyota Corona that I purchased off this site earlier this year. The car had been sitting in a junkyard for atleast 20 years before I picked her up.

I have a bunch of pictures of all the progress but for now here are a few before and after pics.
I will update as time allows.

Updates: Rebuilt Head, Repaired Radiator and sanded/painted with clear coat, New Waterpump, Electric Fan, Removed A/C, Removed Smog Pump/Hoses, Replaced Airfilter Cover, Rebuilt Carburetor, New Points Ignition, New Ignition Coil, Removed stock Muffler replaced with a temporary Thrush Glasspack, 15x8 -7 Offset Enkei EK64 Wheels, 165-55-R15 Federal Tires, Re-upholstered seats and dash cover, New Carpet, Polish and repainted Front Grille, Sanded down engine bay and painted with Clear Coat, Re-wired Engine Bay, Cut front springs, new shocks, Rolled front and rear fenders. Many more updates to come.

where did you get your water pump and how did you
roll your fenders?

redma61: I live in Colton. Its not too far from Corona. I actually repaired the waterpump housing but i bought the impeller from a shop in Fontana. I rolled the fenders myself.

my front fenders need to be rolled
when i turn around they rub a bit
how many springs did you cut up front?

i rolled my fenders using the old metal pipe method; took about 2 minutes to do.

i cut just about 2 full coils off the front. im thinking of cutting atleast half a coil more.

same here,i cut about 2 coils up front
in the rear i have 3"blocks how did you do your rear?

Glad you were able to get her before they scrapped her. She has cleaned up well. Are there any other plans for her?

Thanks UtahSleeper, It has been a lot of hard work. I plan on doing a few more mods in the near future. Next year I will be doing an engine, trans, rear-end and brakes swap.
