Probably about time I updated this, I would like to get a cool build thread going on here.

Matsuri 2012 was fast approaching, the car was ready, it was finally driving well, power felt good, 3 weeks before hand....i had a stupid idea.

Ok, anyways, little bit of this happened.



Quick job, quick sand, fix a couple little rust spots (bogged them, no time for this welding new pieces buisness in, but cleaned proper, rust convertered.)

It came out looking badass though, it's a off white, it's very hard to tell in the photos, and to be honest, im that used to it now I can't even tell.

Drift Matsuri rolled around, after a day of sliding it still looked cool with my 13x7 +10 Magnum wheels on the back!


















Matsuri was one of those weekends I'll never forget. We had blistering temp's on track topping over 40 degrees centigrade, car was running STUPIDLY hot, Im talking, 230/240, well past boiling point and just kept going. I even broke the battery clamp, battery fell, tore a plug out of my dizzy and it still ran. It was so much fun stepping up and tandeming this time around, I had a good run with a LS1 powered toyota cressida who was even struggling to keep up with me.

Overall, I broke an exhaust, bent a front quarter and have a hell of alot of belt slap on my rear quarters after destroying 10 pairs of tyres throughout the weekend.

I've recently fitted 4.77 diff gears so Im really pumped to see how it goes now.

Does anyone know the pro's and con's of locking your distributor?

horrid engine bay I plan on cleaning up one day.



So I put the rear bumper back on, I dont really like the look so Ill probably pull it back off and gear the bits where paint is missing repaired, maybe fill in some of the un-needed holes aswell.

Put some time into polishing the lips of the wheels yesterday, came up a treat.

Made a panel up for the top of the rad, mine was missing so cheaper to make one. Ordered new pair of back tyres for my 13's for drift in 3 weeks. All I need is a dizzy cap, rotor button and two fuel filters and its sweet to head out again.

I LOVE this! Not often do I see SA22s in the drift scene. I am thinking about picking one up as a daily missile. Love the progress so far, if only we had more cars like this in the US, everyone here drifts S13s...

Eh, its the same over here and now that the LS movment is catching on we're seeing alot more LS powered cars, kinda depressing.

Front suspension done, it's going to work well by the looks of it, everything went in without much of a hitch.







Still not the final heigh, will sit a touch lower when the weight is properly on it and I still have all the locking collars on.

keep up the good work! Your rim choices are so tuff. coilovers: are they to suit early rx7 or did you tweak a different set to fit?
Eye spy a VIP JNC in the driveway...any more info?.

Coilovers were to suit a AE86 Corolla with FC3S top hats, direct bolt in.

Not much to tell about the Toyota Century, I bought it as a project but as I dug further into it the rust was really bad (all underneath, every panel) so a older guy bought it and was cutting it up for spares for his other 3 lol.


These arrived at home today.

So dude what's up with that double-line fold in the center panel between the headlights???? I have it too on my fb! I dont think there's any structural bracing underneath that would cause that if someone sat on it, so what then??
